Chapter 10 Blog Post

Like most of the reading this chapter focuses on some key features that are important in creating anything. You must have an idea of what you're doing and why, you must consider your options, and you must consider the audience you're trying to reach out to. What to keep in mind is that these three basic concepts demonstrate what project 3 is all about. A limitless number of options (genres) are available to craft your project around. You must consider; what's the context of my topic and how will it fit into certain genres? What genre makes the most sense for what I'm presenting? Will the audience of my genre buy what I'm selling?

If you're talking about animal rights, for example, your best bet is probably to create a Twitter, Facebook, and/or Instagram. People respond to pictures and videos more than anything. Getting people moved to care about something often requires that they can see the problem; visual imagery is likely going to be more personal to someone than reading a longwinded blog post about all the horrible this and all the horrible that that animals face.

So think about the context of your topic. The genres that best fit your topic and purpose will likely be the easiest ones to work with.
